Costa Rica. She is
fast and comfortable. The last hundred days of fishing we
averaged 11 Sailfish per day released. The
seas are flat calm here year round, so you don’t need a big boat. We
spend several hours a day backing down and maneuvering on fish,
so a smaller agile boat has a tremendous advantage here.

Captain Bill Kieldsen’s 32 years of worldwide experience and Costa
Rican mate, Randall Garcia magic touch with the baits, our boat’s
in the top 10 percent on a daily basis. We’re
fully equipped for fly-fishing and bait and switch for ultra light
tackle. We have two
teaser stations on the bridge that the captain controls, and two
teaser stations below that the mate controls. Double and triple
headers are common here!!

50’ Mickelson is the most luxurious boat on the dock, central air
conditioning and all the amenities of home.
